Photos from the July 1 NB Southern excursion

My friend Peter Gough went to McAdam for the Canada Day celebrations. He took a few photos of the NB Southern business train there and was gracious enough to share them with me (and you).

First, the train by the McAdam station.

Next, on the way to Harvey. This was a new route for the train, which normally runs either Saint John-Welsford or less often McAdam-St. Stephen.

At Harvey, the engine ran around the train before proceeding back to McAdam.

Note the Canadian flags flying from the engine.

My favourite, the train passing the (defunct) signals at the west end of the Harvey siding.

Thanks, Peter!
