The Canadian
At lunch I hoped to catch the westbound Canadian. I went up to Wilkes Avenue to my favourite spot near the CN-CP-BNSF diamond. I did not have long to wait until I saw headlights to the east, as the Canadian rolled into view. It was beautiful with the stainless steel cars glinting in the sun. It had 6438 and 6434 pulling 19 cars. Here's my quick video.
Did you move out West? What prompted this move if you don't mind me asking? Either way, I hope you enjoy it out here. It seems like you're in a good area of Iron Rail activity!
I'm a train geek and a photographer. But more importantly I'm a father and husband. I used to be an army brat and traveled frequently when I was a child.
At times in my life I've been a computer geek, a gamer geek, a ship geek, a plane geek, a medievalist geek... and probably others.
I love to take photos, play with computers, and most of all be with my family. At work I get to play with computers!

Hi Jason, yes I have moved to Winnipeg. My wife wanted to move closer to her family. So far I like it... lots more trains than Fredericton!
