NBEC 4214 On Ottawa Central
What was once NBEC 4214 appears to be OCRR 4214 (Ottawa Central) in this video from Maxime Larouche.
Compare that to this video from 2004 where 4214 was labelled "NBEC".

Steve.....it is labeled NBEC...if you look closely, you'll see it. Its like written over the QG.
Yes, but look at http://www.theboykos.com/nbec/4214.jpg and you will see the OC wasn`t there in 2001. Maybe I`m misunderstanding but it looks like the OC is over the NBEC.
last time i have the Alco 420 4214 videotaped is feb 14 07 402 east so i suppose it went to ottawa sometime after this?
